While I originally pitched and have led this project, it truly came to life through the efforts of our small, devoted crews. I am deeply grateful that this series has been recognized at numerous film festivals around the country and has won several awards.

Over the year's I've contributed to Yelp's growing social media presence staying up with trends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Meta, and Snapchat. I've helped increase Yelp's presence on YouTube by 1,050%, Instagram by 2,500% and grow our TikTok to 140k through innovative partnerships and content strategies.

As a Video Creative Director, I've had the opportunity to guide the creative direction of numerous campaigns, contributing fresh ideas to each project. My role enables me to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams, drawing on the diverse talents and insights of many dedicated individuals. Together, we craft compelling narratives that resonate deeply with our audiences.

docuvist

I founded a documentary film & action-oriented platform called Docuvist— a place to not only discover a variety of docs but also a way to get direct resources from filmmakers and address that overwhelming "What can I do now?" feeling many of us get after watching a documentary.

As the Video Creative Director and lead photographer for our product campaigns, I have had the opportunity to shape and produce creative assets that encapsulate the essence of our products. In this dual role, I collaborate extensively with a talented team, guiding our collective vision. My work is deeply intertwined with the efforts of every team member, whose creativity and expertise are vital to bringing our ideas to life. Together, we strive to create visuals that not only look great but also resonate with our audience and elevate our brand's identity.

I have had the privilege of overseeing a diverse collection of branded content that spans marketing materials, YouTube series, podcast series, business testimonials, and educational content. Each project is an opportunity to blend visual storytelling with strategic insights, ensuring that every piece not only captures the essence of our brand but also engages and educates our audience. My role involves not just leading these initiatives but also working closely with an array of talented professionals to ensure that our content is impactful, cohesive, and creatively distinct across all platforms.

dine 'n' doc

In 2010, when I was an RA in college, I started hosting an event called Dine ‘n’ Doc. It was a time for friends to get together, eat food, watch a documentary, talk about it, and immediately do something (donate money, write a letter to your Representative, donate supplies, etc.). Over the years, this event progressed from my college dorm room to a variety of friends’ living rooms around San Francisco.
